Locatio and setting. Walking distance to old town. Free parking.
Disliked:Room needed updating. eg. Plug didn't seal properly in the bath.
Loved the view, size of the room, and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We rented bikes, which were like new, and it was a great idea to see the city this way. The hotel staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked:The room had a smell that was difficult to describe. It was like some cleaning products or something, but it could be a bit overwhelming.
Bus stop just outside that takes you to tram stop. Lovely reception and dining area, open and airy. We would return, great for events and the huge waterpark across the water.
Disliked:Breakfast wasn't great the 1st morning, improved 2nd day, no natural yoghurt only fruit. Lots building work and road and tram closures .

Disliked:only thing is we would like to have had more coffee and tea available in our room, we only had two coffee sachet's per day and we stayed for 7 day's.
