Malta Lake Apartment Balcony and Parking by Renters Prestige

Beautiful apartment, spacious, clean well equipped. Nice location close to the lake and shopping mall Posnania. Very comfortable bed and loads of hot water.

Disliked:Internet kept cutting out and TV needs to be replaced. Staff are difficult to get hold of , the number provided didn't work and alternative number when answered they only spoke Polish.

This pretty spacious apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and a walk-in wardrobe. It also included a balcony and off-street basement parking with direct lift access. Its early 2000’s aesthetics might not appeal to everyone but we didn’t mind - given the short duration of our stay.

Disliked:Given the apartment size, the bathroom was rather tight - albeit with a very spacious walk-in shower. The basement parking also involved manually unlocking and opening the unit’s sparking space door, which was a bit cumbersome.

Disliked:The sofa in living room was enough for one adult but can’t accommodate two adults/two children comfortably.

Ruhige Gegend, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, der See nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, Pool... Übrigens ist, anders als ich in anderen Bewertungen las, die Schlafcouch locker passend für 2 Erwachsene

Disliked:Trotz Nachfrage, ob alles d sein wird, gab es bei Ankunft nur für 2 Personen Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das Problem wurde dann aber Recht schnell gelöst

schöne Aussicht, zentrale Lage, die eigene Garage hat uns gut gepasst im Winter bei viel Schnee.

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto,ładne osiedle,mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. My jeździliśmy tamwajem wszędzie bez problemu,dzieci zadowolone.

Na plus wygodny rozmiar mieszkania oraz lokalizacja. Podziemny garaż jest ok choć przez znajdujące się tam rzeczy (np. Orbitrek który raczej nie stanowi wyposażenia mieszkania) większe auto jest na styk. Zastrzeżenia można mieć do czystości mieszkania. Nie było może tragicznie (w stylu pajeczyny i karaluchy), ale czuć i widać kurz. Ewidentnie niedomyte, sporo ozdób lub dziwnych rzeczy będących zbieraczami kurzu. Meble kuchenne już lekko przechodzone, nie wiadomo czy szafka się nie otwiera bo zepsuta czy zamknięta, za to zamknąć inna to wyczyn. Wyposażenie wystarczające (bez szału ale podstawy były). Za to kontakt z obsługą to dno, maile, wiadomości przez booking, albo ignorowane całkiem albo wysyłane automatycznie wiadomości nie ma temat. Na krotki wypad gdy liczy się lokalizacja jest ok.

Die angemietete Wohnung war groß und in einem guten Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert (Schlüsseltresor). Für Leute, die die Regattastrecke in Poznan besuchen möchten, liegt die Wohnung recht günstig (gut zu Fuß zu erreichen). Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut.

Piękne mieszkanie, bardzo czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Duży plus za parking w garażu podziemnym i windę.
