Apartment with garden Wolkowyska by Noclegi Renters

The apartment was lovely. Ground floor with a small garden. Nice , clean and modern. Very close to the lake that we love.

Disliked:The apartment was good. Few things were broken and we reported it. The response took a good 6 - 12 hours at a time . When they're stating a response within minutes, which isn't true. Provided Phone number doesn't work. Communication within company and with customers is very poor as well. The faults except one sofa been cleaned from dogs hair , haven't been fix but they send us the message that everything has been fixed. Which is a lie. Very unorganised company with poor communication.

Nice accommodation with convenient parking. The kitchen is well-equipped with enough dishes, and the beds are comfortable.

Disliked:There are no shops or cafés nearby, and the location is not ideal if you plan to use public transportation. For some reason, there was dirty bedding in the wardrobe.

I liked the design, self check in/out option and the fact we had a parking spots.

Disliked:For 4 adults + 1 child, we received ONLY 2 towels… Only the bedroom was ready to sleep in, which means only for 2 adults. No extra bedsheets and the one we found in the closet was dirty (?). That was gross… Additionally, I do understand that the cleaning stuff wanted to make their job easy, however walking around while we were there and leaving the big IKEA bag on the doormat wasn’t nice. When we opened the door to leave, I almost walked into that and we were kinda confused… And those huge spiders? I’m okay with them but people might be afraid of them so next time, just get rid of them…

We loved the location. The lake nearby is perfect for long walks with a dog :) Overall, the apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. There is a parking space, which is located right beside the elevator.

Disliked:There were not enough supplies for the long stay (we stayed for a week). There were just 2 capsules for dishwasher and no capsules/products for laundry at all :( We had to buy those, as well as some basic cooking things like oil. The apartment is located right next to the general entry to the building, so you can always hear people walking in/out. Lastly, the garden is sad. Looks like no one is watering it and taking care of it, all the grass has dried up :(

Clean, modern , fulfilled all our requirements! We were there for a kayaking regatta and could walk to the races and only 15 min walk from a huge shopping mall ! Highly recommend it . We had an issue with the pull out bed and it was fixed promptly!

Lokalizacja i czystość 👍👍👍

Super wygodne, rozkładowe mieszkanko w cichej dzielnicy Poznania, przyjazne psiakom. Bliziutko do jeziora Malta.

Doskonała lokalizacja, ładnie urządzony, wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy dostępne w obiekcie, świetny kontakt z obsługą klienta przy problemie

Disliked:Bardzo miękki materac
