Disliked:Incomplete code sent, so couldn't access the apartment and was left stranded for over 2 hours, no one on sight to ask and couldn't contact the owners, which is another rental company, poor communication in general

The apartment itself is good: well-equipped, nicely furnished, with an excellent kitchen and a very convenient location. There are large supermarkets like Biedronka and Lidl just across the street, which is a big plus.

Disliked:We had a very disappointing experience with this stay. The service provided by the management company was extremely unsatisfactory. We paid an extra fee for early check-in at 1:00 PM (the standard check-in time was 4:00 PM), as we work remotely and needed access to the apartment at that time. When we arrived, the apartment was still occupied by cleaning staff — and, even worse, they were smoking inside the apartment and on the balcony. The smell of cigarette smoke was very strong and overwhelming. This made it impossible for us to enter the apartment right away. Two people in our group have asthma and could not stay in that environment. Beyond the discomfort, this caused serious work issues for us, putting important professional commitments at risk. Even after we were finally able to enter, the cigarette smell took a long time to dissipate, which made us question whether the apartment had actually been properly cleaned. Also the bed sheet provided in one of the bedrooms didn’t fit the bed. Another major issue: we also paid extra for access to the garage, but we never received the access code. Throughout our entire stay (2 nights), we had to go through a very inconvenient process every time we parked — getting out of the car, entering the building, going down to the garage, and walking across the entire parking area just to manually open the gate. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, we did not receive any apology or acknowledgment from the management company regarding any of these issues. Unfortunately, despite the apartment’s potential, the experience was ruined by extremely poor management and lack of respect for guests. We do not recommend it.

Apartament OK. Ale obsługa przez Rent Planet godna pozałowania. To jakieś niekompletne osoby. KODY do wejścia do Apartament przesyłają na a maila ( niestety nie zabrałem laptopa ani tableta) aby po ludzku je otrzymać. Można było wysłać na SMSa albo WhatsApp a ale komuś się nie chciało. Otrzymany kod klucz do apartamenty niestety nie otworzył drzwi Po długim oczekiwaniu telefonicznym w kolejce dostałem nowy kod który otworzył apartament. Mało tego. Prosiłem o miejsce parkingowe. I dostałem 39 lub 40. Ale w jakiej strefie 1A , 1 B czy 1C. Ciągle byłem przeganiać z miejsca parkingowego. Zadzwoniłem ponownie do Rent Planet o dokładną lokalizację miejsca parkingowego. Niestety tej informacji nie dostałem. Kochani ludzie którzy korzystacie z Booking .COM strzeżcie się firmy Rent Planet. Chyba ze lubicie klopoty

Disliked:Logistyka beznadziejna jak wyżej wspomniałem Firmy Rent Planet Nie polecam.

Bardzo ładny apartament, czuć że maczał w tym ręce architekt, dużo trendowych marek i rozwiązań. Zdecydowanie na plus lokalizacja - w parterze kawiarnie z bawalnią dla dzieci, pizza, spożywczy i różne salony kosmetyczne. Plus też, że z Jeżyc jest dobra baza wypadowa. Duży plus za Netflix w TV i bardzo szybki internet :) na pewno wrócę przy nastepnej wizycie w Poznaniu.

Disliked:Czystość elementów niecodziennej wymiany typu włączniki, pilot, klamki, podłoga czy stół. Były mocno poklejone i brudne. Oczywiście pościele, reczniki, łazienka kuchnia na prawde czyste, więc to są szczegóły, ale na pewno trzeba na to zwrócić uwage ;) Trochę szkoda braku ekspresu do kawy, bo kawiarnie były czynne dopiero od 9, a nie jestem fanem rozpuszczalnej. Widziałem kilka opinii o hałasie z zewnątrz, no ale niestety właściciel nic na to nie poradzi, to deweloper wstawił kiepskie okna..

Super lokalizacja

Disliked:Brak zaciemniających zasłon , przeszkadzało w spaniu , dosyć głośno

Nowe budownictwo, wszystko ładne i schludnie, przede wszystkim bardzo dobrze wyposażone od saturatora po pralkę

Disliked:Problem z wejściem- w dniu przyjazdu dostałem pin do drzwi po jednym wejściu do apartamentu pin przestał działać po dodzwonieniu się na infolinię okazało się że system zmienił pin. Trwało to z godzinę a ja z dziećmi stałem pod drzwiami z walizkami

Чудесное расположение. Близость магазинов, транспорта, парка. Красивая просторная квартира. Удобные кровати. На кухне достаточно посуды и гаджетов

Disliked:При заезде квартира не была чистой. Нет ключа от мусорника - мусор оставляли около дверей. На кухне много битой посуды.
