Apartment was safe, nice to have a balcony.

Disliked:The kitchenware is in need of replacement. The artificial plants were very dusty, strong odor of a Glade Plug In, maybe to cover up the smell of the unit?

The apartment is located in the heart of charming Jeżyce district, in a walking distance from the Poznań Old Market. Plenty of great restaurants and cafés in close surroundings. The apartment itself was really stylish and spacious. Really well equipped, including a functional kitchen. Bed was super comfortable! Big and modern TV in the living room, with Smart TV capabilities. Nice view from the balcony. Worth a recommendation!

Disliked:I wish the TV in the bedroom was newer and had Smart TV as well. Nothing else comes to my mind!

Great location, loads of new restaurants, cafes, shops and children's soft play centres on the doorstep. Entrance via secure courtyard with mini playground.

Disliked:Poor communication. Mobile number was incorrect and no response received after 5pm - had a toilet fault that we managed to sort out ourselves but found the radio silence disconcerting.

Disliked:We arrived straight from the airport at around 10pm and there was pieces of glass everywhere in the living room and bedroom. I have no idea how the cleaners missed that amount of glass.. i sweeped for a minute and there was like 50 pieces. Next day i hoovered and even after that my partner injured his foot and had to tweeze out a small piece of glass the size of a grain of sand. After that i kept finding these tiny pieces scattered everywhere. I informed the people that we booked the apartment through and they said that all they can do is apologise and to hoover. I replied that we already hoovered and would like a refund and we'll go some place else that it's not safe for my 2 year old child but they said they cant do anything right now. So i told them that i would at least like compensation for cleaning someone elses mess and getting injured. They said they wont compensate because we've hoovered and shouldn't have any more issues and that we didnt report anything else so any type of money back is unecessary. I then told them i only reported the glass as its the main issue and a cause of danger. I told them other issues such as the shower head not staying in place, bathroom flooding because the shower door has a big gap and the most disgusting of all the mouldy washing machine that clearly hasnt been cleaned in over a year and i had to clean it. Replied saying thank you for reporting and they'll make sure to fix that (after our stay like that matters) and thats that. Definitely not a relaxing stay and would never ever book with them again. Sadly cant attach all photos of the mess as i can only add 4.

Apartament przestronny . Wszystko było zapewnione , nawet suszarka do ubrań . Świetnie wygłuszone . Mimo wcześniejszych komentarzy o braku TV - u nas działało . Lokalizacja blisko sklepów . No i najlepsza cena. Polecam

Było czysto, miłe miejsce, pościel czyściutka, rano można zrobić kawę.

Super lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, było czysto i przyjemnie.

Disliked:Szkoda, że balkon nie był już przygotowany do korzystania w sezonie letnim.

Czysto, komfortowo, cicho. klarowne i obszerne instrukcje dostania się do mieszkania i odbioru kluczy.

Disliked:Dosyć twarde łóżko.
