I strongly advise against booking this apartment
nada
Disliked:My stay was scheduled from August 22 to August 29, 2025, but due to serious issues, I had to leave early on August 24. There was no hot water throughout my stay, despite multiple complaints. The hosts sent a technician only the next day to “verify” whether I was telling the truth — which felt not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful.
Additional problems:
Early check-in was refused, even though the apartment was ready.
I had to repeatedly ask for the door access codes — they weren’t provided automatically.
In the evenings, I struggled to open the door, which caused stress and made me feel unsafe.
As a “solution,” they offered alternative apartments that were much farther from the original location and significantly more expensive — despite me clearly stating I needed to be within a 5-minute walk of the hospital to visit my ill mother at any time.
The conditions were not as described in the listing. Instead of a relaxing stay, I experienced stress and frustration. I filed an official complaint and, despite following up every few days, I still haven’t received a full refund. Instead of the expected 80%, I was refunded only 50%, and they even charged me a cleaning fee — despite leaving early due to the apartment’s unacceptable conditions.
I do not recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable, honest, and hassle-free experience.

Superb

Dobra lokalizacja blisko centrum.
