Kwiatowa Apartments Poznań City Center by Noclegi Renters

Compact apartment in a great location. Clean and tidy with double bed and good shower. Kitchenette with basic appliances available. Not an issue for us but apartment is on 2nd floor with no lift. In all, excellent value for money and we would certainly stay in the apartment again on future visits.

Big room with enough space. Good bed, all I need in the kitchen. Nice area with a delicious Georgian restaurant the next entry. For the concert of Kwiat Jabłoni it was a perfect stay in the Kwiatowa <3

Disliked:My stay was too short :-D

The location is very close to centre, nearby cool shopping mall with grocery store. The apartment was exceptionally clean - even no dust under the bed. Kitchen had all utensils to cook simple meal.

Disliked:Neighbours were loud sometimes. Missed washing machine but there is a laundry service in 4 min walk. There were not enough paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags for a 9 night stay, so had to buy myself more.

Disliked:The apartment and location are wonderful. However, there is a question for the cleaning company. We booked an apartment for 3 people, but the bed was only for 2, and there were no face towels. However, a little more than an hour later, the courier brought the missing set of bed linen. We did without face towels. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the dishes (we only used cups, but there were a lot of varied dishes). At first glance, the cups were washed, but if you look closely, there was a trace of the previous user's mouth. The bed is very comfortable and large, the sofa is quite comfortable, but a little broken. Since we had to make the bed ourselves, we found that it was a little difficult to unfold it due to the breakage. If you close your eyes to all this, the place and the apartment are wonderful. I will write in addition, the parking near LOMO is expensive and it is not easy to find a space. When we were leaving, I saw a cheap one not far around the corner (1 zloty per hour). It’s strange that the landlord doesn’t inform about it (I don’t remember the street, but it’s not very difficult to find)

Disliked:..

The location is close to the exhibition area.

No such thing

Disliked:We arrived in 4 am. No hot water from start to the end of the reservation. Awful experience, no compensation from apartments and no help at all

Świetna lokalizacja. Apartament czysty, przestronny w spokojnej okolicy
