Great stay, lovely staff, clean rooms and a perfect location!
The hotel completely met my expectations. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t remember the lady’s name, but I believe she was the manager, and she was fantastic. I was travelling with my family and was kindly offered the option to change rooms so that we could be accommodated more comfortably. The staff really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were super clean, and the hotel is in a great location, only around 5 minutes from the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families, and I will certainly be coming back again. Also, thank you for letting me know about the Radisson app and the points you can collect — I’ll definitely be making use of that! Thank you for a lovely stay!
