The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful. We loved the vibe of the place. Breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is amazing.
Disliked:The WIFI could surely be better in our room, but hey! We didn’t go for a city break to be on our phones.

We really loved our staying at this hotel. The room (Havana) was spacious and well equipped. We were traveling with small baby and the hotel perfectly accommodated us. It surprised us that we could choose beforehand a pillow type or scent of cosmetics. Breakfast was delicious (the French toasts were exceptional). The stuff was great. The receptionists were friendly and polite. The lady serving breakfast was doing great job - I was impressed by her work efficiency and politeness.
Amazing place, beautiful big room, perfect breakfast and few minutes walk to old city. They allowed us to park the motorcycle in the courtyard. Lots of little thoughtful gestures that brighten your day
Disliked:Exceptionally friendly management and staff. We were able to change rooms on the 2nd day.

The staff is excellent and very friendly. Their location is perfect: just a couple of blocks from the square and within walking distance to the university and the Cathedral. Breakfast is really good.
Disliked:The desk in the room is kinda high, so it is not great for working with your computer. The WiFi can be somewhat unreliable, depending on your room. Otherwise, all was good.

Disliked:Not the fault of the staff, they only have a small specie, but breakfast was over crowded and food ran out. It was replenished but was difficult. Everything else made up for this though.
