The interior design, location - all good.

Disliked:Lack of option for an early check-in. 4 pm is a bit too late to check-in. The possibility of having a place earlier would be much appreciated - maybe around 11 am?

The location is in an old town and easy to reach attractive places. The apartment is beautiful and has kitchenette with kitchenware.

Disliked:The stair is too narrow if u have large and heavy luggages.

It was a very comvenient and well-equipped apartment. We had everything we needed.

Disliked:The only thing that was missing was a bedside reading lamp.

I like the laundry facilities, the drying rack for the clothes. There were plenty of towels in the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in the kitchen was nice, although I never used it. The check-in process was very easy and well explained. I liked the outer security door and then the door to the apartment.

Disliked:There was no shampoo or anything that I saw or soap. It was quite a few stairs, so if you have disabilities, you may not want this property, but if you’re in good shape, there’s no problem.

Exceptional is the first thing that comes to my mind! We were very pleased with our stay, the apartment was safe for animals which was one of the biggest things we're looking for. It was very quiet, and in very good location - just a short walk to the Old Town. It is very easy to get by a public transportation from Poznan Main Railroad station or, with a taxi which cost us only 3 euros. The room itself was very clean, the bed comfortable and everything needed was right there even for a longer stay. As we visit this city at least once a year, this is going to be the place to stay from now on!

Disliked:If I have to say something negative, two things. 1. Oh the stairs... had some problems dragging our luggage upstairs, but at least can say it was a good way to stay in shape! 2. Either we were totally blind, or something, but we could not find an electrical outlet at the kitchen counter so ended up having to carry the water boiler to the window. But this was only a very mild inconvenience.

The property was not managed well. I like to the TV, but unfortunately I couldn’t use it because there was no Wi-Fi.

Disliked:The lock on the door didn’t seem safe as a screw was missing. I found a dirty fork in the drawer of cutlery. The salt shaker was empty and not refilled. Dirty bucket in the bathroom. Towel falling apart. And the number one there was no Wi-Fi my entire stay. The property ignored this problem for the first 24 hours and then told me it was not true and that the Wi-Fi was working. The problem was never fixed. Customer service 0 out of 10.

Posizione, pulizia e servizi

Disliked:Unico difetto il divano-letto molto scomodo(materasso di pochi cm e poggiato sul pavimento). Alloggio ideale per 2 persone

Dobra povezanost sa tramvajskim linijama, blizina starog dijela grada. Malen, čist i dobro opremljen stan za ugodan boravak.

Disliked:Jastuci bi mogli biti malo čvršći i kompaktniji. Zavjese ne pokrivaju cijele prozore pa nema baš privatnosti i sunce lako prolazi u stan. Potencijalno opasno: promijeniti utičnice na zidovima jer ispadaju van kad se punjač izvlači!

Disliked:Wejście do "apartamentu" który był w sypiącej się kamieniccy. Schody tak strome oraz wąskie, że ciężko wnosi się bagaże. Po przyjeździe do apartamentu wszystkie szafki i okna były pootwierane na ościerz. Mop z pianą był na środku łazieńki. Ręczniki były całe w jakichś paproszkach/farfoclach. Brak odpowiedzi ze strony obsługi.
