Poznań Old Town Gwarna

The stay in these apartments was wonderful.. The location was close to the center.. Inside there was everything for a comfortable stay including a big tv, but there was only one bread knife, which made cooking a little difficult

Disliked:The only thing is that the apartments are on a high floor without an elevator, which made it a little difficult to get up with a suitcase.

Excellent location, the entrance looks a bit doggie, but the apartment is perfect.

The locations was great and the property was clean and had everything we needed.

Disliked:We booked for 3 people and only the double bed in the bedroom was prepared and there was no bedding for the sofa. Although there was an extra quilt and pillow in the wardrobe there was no extra quilt cover and sheet. I’m sure they’d have fixed it if we asked but we couldn’t be bothered to contact them.

Super clean, and very nice location. Many restaurants downstairs. Not far from the old town square.

Disliked:Near the street, need to close the window while sleeping.

The apartment itself was comfortable, spacious and very well located. Self check-in was convenient, and in the end two separate sleeping places were prepared as requested.

Disliked:Communication before arrival was unnecessarily stressful. The property specifically asked us to inform them if we needed separate beds, so I contacted them through Booking and explained that my friend and I needed two separate sleeping places. Instead of answering, I received an automated message asking me to leave a positive review. I then contacted them by email and tried to call. The only response was that they would “try” to arrange separate bedding because my request had supposedly arrived late. I clarified again that we needed two separate sleeping places, not simply two duvets on one bed, but never received a definite confirmation. Further automated check-in messages arrived, but my actual question remained unanswered. The request was ultimately fulfilled, but we only discovered this after entering the apartment. Clear written confirmation would have prevented a great deal of unnecessary uncertainty and frustration.

In city center, 10 minutes walk from town Square. Nice TV and nice kitchen.

Disliked:No elevator for a 3rd floor apartment....Only one mirror. Small bed.

I only like the location and the kitchen was nice and clean.

Disliked:Really late check in at 4 p.m. I made a booking for 2 adults and 2 children but there were sheets and towels only for 2..

Disliked:The main entrance and stairs that lead to the apartment are awful. Old and dark building

Perfect position, clean and nice interiors

Disliked:The sofa bed is really uncomfortable and too small for two adults. The communications with the host were not so quick (still waiting for an answer actually). Quite noisy when the window is open. It is a pity that it is not possible to do an early check-in or a late check-out, and not even the possibility of leaving the bags

Really excellent apartment. Clean, comfortable, modern decor. Nice bathroom and shower. Decent kitchen appliances. Even some tea bags when I ran out!

Disliked:Kitchen could have done with a sharp knife. Only real downside was that it was quite noisy from the trams in the street outside, but not much the hosts can do about that. In any case proximity to trams was useful as I needed to use them for work each day.
