Gotta be flexible with your customers
Disliked:I had requested for a slight adjustment with the check in, they denied it. But during the check in there was an issue with the passcode & had to wait almost an hour outside. Now, how would the management justify this situation, simply saying sorry does not make things alright. Why should the customer suffer while the management cannot be flexible with customers requests. Who will compensate for the check in time lost & how, by mere words??

Very poor
Disliked:1.When laying down in the bed the whole bottom dropped. Obviously it has been mended many times. Then trying the other bed with the same result. A comfortable bed is sort of an obvious thing in a bedroom 2. Sliding doors in shower slides if track 3. Cupboard doors fell if

Udany pobyt
