The stay was very good. The property is secure and maintained to a very high standard. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had all the necessary items for a pleasant stay. Thank you very much.

It’s cozy and comfortable

Disliked:The sink in the bathroom is clogged and the soap dispenser is empty. The hairdryer is missing. The perfume scent used in the apartment is way too strong for such a small space.

I would like to thank the manager, Kasia, for allowing me to check in early. She was very friendly. On the third day of my stay, she came to demonstrate how to use the appliances, such as the electric stove, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and balcony door. Additionally, Kasia is usually responsive, although she didn’t get back to me regarding how to turn off the safety lock on the stove. The location of the apartment is excellent; it’s close to the PCC, where I attended the conference. The interior is modern, and there’s a Netto supermarket conveniently located downstairs.

Disliked:However, there are some drawbacks that could be improved. Firstly, it was not easy to find the apartment's location. I had a hard time locating it until Kasia informed me that that the entrance is between the Netto supermarket and the hairdresser. Secondly, the door to my apartment was difficult to open; it took some technique to get it open, as I had to pull the handle down forcefully. Thirdly, there should be clear instructions provided for using the electric stove and other appliances. I accidentally activated the safety lock on the stove and had to search online to find instructions for a similar model to turn it off. Lastly, the hairdryer was hidden in the cabinet under the sink, which made it hard to find. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated many aspects of the apartment. With a few minor improvements, I believe this place could be even more outstanding.

Very modern apartment, well equipped. There is a good grocery store under the apartment building, close to the city center, an excellent location for a family trip. The host was attentive and helpful. I recommend the place.

Disliked:Parking with minibuses was not possible in the underground garage. There are paid parking lots in the area.

Location, clean, comfortable

Disliked:Podziemny parking może zaskoczyć systemem tyłu parklift, ale jeśli ktoś jest przybadany to nie będzie zaskoczeń. Byliśmy w apartamencie w najcieplejszy dzień tego roku więc bez klimatyzacji było zbyt gorąco. Podejrzewam, że w mniej ekstremalne dni nie odczuwa się tak tego problemu.

The location

Disliked:Unfortunately, the studio was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The floors were dirty, surfaces hadn’t been wiped down, and the bathroom did not feel hygienic. After a long journey, this was very disappointing and uncomfortable. The location was good, but cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially when paying for accommodation. I hope the host improves their cleaning standards for future guests.
