Essence Lux Apartment, free parking, self check-in 24h

Everything was great! Very clean and well appointed with equipment and facilities! We only stayed one night but it's probably the type of accommodation that's suited to longer stays. Location is also good as it only takes a few minutes to get into the city center.

Disliked:Nothing.

It’s easy to find, located in a very nice contemporary building. It was clean and the beds were prepared for all the guests

Disliked:Check out time is at 10

Disliked:The furniture looks cheap and dilapidated. No microwave oven.

I liked the new-build apartments. Everything is modern.

Disliked:Problem parking. The advertisement states that the car park is free, but it has a height limit. We couldn't use 100% of the parking. We booked the bedrooms for 4 people. The set-up was disappointing, as one child had to sleep on a sofa that didn't fold out. We felt like the room was prepared for 3 people, regardless of the request (4 people).

Disliked:- The "free parking" that this guy advertises is a joke. If your car is not the size of a Mini, it will not fit in this space. If this information was prominent in the description, I would let it go, but he hides it in image 48, so he can pretend that you were informed. Furthermore, I tried to contact him about this so I could get info about where else to park locally, and he ignored calls and did not answer. Imagine if i had some issue with the keys, he is not contactable. Cool. - The apartment and the grounds are surprisingly dilapidated, for a relatively new building. Lots of weird holes in the wall that are patched up, water damage throughout, and the back deck is unmaintained and covered in cobwebs. One of the chairs at the dinner table is broken, and the bottle opener is broken. It's like a joke, honestly. - Overall this place feels like the owner puts absolutely minimum cost and effort into it, and just tries to get your money. Avoid it.

Disliked:Could not park my car vecause there was a unmentioned limitation of 160 cm car height. The door to the apartment was open when we came which raised questions about how secure this place was. There was no curtain blind, we could not sleep, it was horrible.
