All the basic amenities needed are available, parking space is a major plus.

Disliked:Needs a sharper kitchen knife. Needs a second set of linen when washing current linen and drying.. No closet in bedroom, only small cupboard

Great location, not far from the city center, about 10 minutes walk. New residential building, with closed territory. We liked that there was a small playground in the yard. There were grocery stores nearby, 25 meters to Zhabka, 10 minutes walk to Lidl and Biedronka. Not far from the main attractions. There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, including dishwashing detergents. As a compliment, the owners left us a bottle of wine)

Disliked:The parking space in the underground parking is quite inconvenient, on both sides of the column, especially for a large car, so we had a rather difficult time with parking, count on it. The bed is quite narrow, so it made us a little uncomfortable, but overall it was comfortable.

Central but not in old town, and no noise from Garbary rd at night. Kitchen separate from bedroom (often studio)

Disliked:Building across the road. construction started early in the am. No fault of the property

Perfect location, great facilities. Friendly and approachable host.

Disliked:Unbearable noise from the building side outside.

Oddzielna sypialnia oraz pralka. Jest to już drugi raz i napewno jeżeli Poznań to wybiorę to miejsce. Dodatkowo parking.

Konumu harika, her yere yakın. Ev sahibi çok nazik, kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum. En ufak detaylarla ilgilendi ve her soruma anında cevap verdi. Daire çok temiz ve site yeni. Kapalı garajlı otoparkı olması çok büyük avantaj.

Miejsce na prawdę godne polecenia. Na miejscu schludnie i czysto. Wszystko co potrzebne w kuchni, łazience, sypialni. Miejsce parkingowe podziemne w cenie, na miejscu. Dla nas istotny również balkon. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - wszędzie spacerkiem bardzo blisko. Zamknięte osiedle, czyli spokój. Kontakt z właścicielką bez najmniejszych zastrzeżeń. Pani przemiła oraz bardzo pomocna.

Disliked:Za krótki weekend 😉

Czystość, blisko centrum, parking na miejscu, zamknięte osiedle. Wszytko było na bardzo dobrym poziomie. Jako miejsce do wypadu na starówkę poprostu świetne. Niby w centrum a jednak na zamkniętym osiedlu. Bardzo polecam.

Disliked:Wszytko było ok. Jedyna rzecz ale to nie jest wina właściciela. Miejsce parkingowe jest między dwoma słupami więc trzeba bardzo uważać.

Bell'appartamento in una palazzina di recente costruzione dotato di tutto il necessario e sufficientemente spazioso per 4 persone. Ottimo il posto auto nel garage sotterraneo. Comodo per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi.

Disliked:Non mi sono trovato molto a mio agio con il materasso.
