Cute apartament in a great location
The location is amazing, it's really close to everything you could need in Poznań, really nice walking spots and plenty of shopping in walking distance. The amenities were plenty, with everything we might've needed supplied. The apartment size is comfortable for two people. The mezzanine is a very charming idea.
Disliked:Due to the vicinity of a hospital nearby, there were a lot of signal cars at all times of day or night.

A very cozy and just perfect place to stay in Poznan
THE BEST place I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The appartment is very cozy, comfortable and comes with everything you might need. Even had a blanket on the sofa in front of the TV, which really shows that they thought of everything. 11/10.
Disliked:This was the only booking I made in Poland without parking, but even without it, I parked very close and the parking is quite cheap, so no issues there at all.

Great apartment close to the Old Town
Very, modern and clean apartment. Everything was provided- iron, towels, fridge with a little freezer, crockery and cutlery etc. there are also dispensers with shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom.
A perfect space to stay, close to the Old Town. Very impressed with the finish of the entire building, nice high ceilings and wooden staircase. Would come back and recommend! 😊
Disliked:The shower door lets the water through and is not easy to close. Probably sliding doors would be better for this space. There is however a mop that we used for removing the excess water.
Another small point was the toilet roll, could not find any more in the bathroom and ran out.

Exceptional
The guys are lovely, we've been in touch for a couple of questions and they were really happy to help. The flat is clean and bright, you will find everything you need in there, and it's centrally located in the heart of Poznan. I really recommend this place.

Very good location in the city center, with a bus and tram stop nearby, as well as supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.
Disliked:We stayed at this property from 21/03 to 23/03 and unfortunately our experience was not good.
We booked room 8B/2 for two people. When we entered the room, there was a very strong smell of marijuana. The room also had only one large towel even though we were two people, and there was no hand towel at all.
After we sent a message to the owners through Booking, the response we received was completely indifferent. They told us that nothing could be done, they did not address the issue about the marijuana smell at all, and they did not even offer to bring us extra towels the next day.
Overall, the cleanliness, room preparation and customer service were disappointing and not what we expected.

Ruim en zeer schoon appartement.
Disliked:Matras ligt op de grond. Voor ons geen probleem, mogelijk voor oudere mensen wat minder prettig. Wisten we niet van te voren.
