The location is amazing! Just minutes away from the Old Market Square, and super close to Posnania shopping mall and Lake Malta. The apartment building is gorgeous and luxurious, and the view is everything! It’s south-facing, so you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the sunshine on the balcony! If we could, we would buy this property in a second… if only we won the lottery!! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing location and beautiful renovated flat with all necessary amenities. Very specious with homely feeling. Great communication with the host.

Disliked:We didn’t like two single duvets which were the noisiest duvets and pillows in my life 😂 but still comfy bed ❤️

The location was perfect enough to go almost everywhere in Poznan by walking. The view was magnificent. The flat was so clean. Though some households were missing, what the room had was so enough to prepare your own dishes at home.

The location is amazing, it’s in the city centre and next to a tram station so it’s very easy to go anywhere. The apartment is warm even in the winter and you can adjust the heating. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The view from the balcony is wonderful as well. There were essentials in the shower and some instant coffees, tea bags, and sweets in the kitchen. The flat look very nice and put-together, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend

Disliked:There was no microwave, but you can heat up food in the oven so that wasn’t much of an inconvenience. There weren’t any additional trash bags left, which was inconvenient for a week-long stay as we had to buy a whole roll. However, these are small things that don’t matter too much and we’re happy with our stay

Location is as good as it gets in Poznan with beautiful view

Disliked:Cheap furniture that’s not very comfortable. The worst was the service by the service provider. Zero effort to to accommodate an early check in even if possible. I requested it a day in advance, they told me I should ask again on day of check in. On the day of check in I ask them via booking app. No reply for hours. As I already had info to enter the flat I just went to see if I can. Turns out flat was ready. So I checked myself in. 2 hours after I checked in (~1.30pm) the service provider writes me that early check-in in isn’t possible. No further comments. Haven’t experienced such low service quality in a while.

The location was really good. The tram stop was 20m from the building entrance. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances and heating. The view in the square was also nice.

Disliked:The bed, the sofa and the pillows were not comfortable at all. You cannot sleep in this kind of mattress. The room was so narrow you couldn't walk around the bed. Also the chairs in the kitchen were not comfortable either. We book this apartment for 5 people (2 adults and 3 children). We requested a baby cot but it was not provided. We requested again upon our arrival with no response. . In the sofa only one person can sleep (if he is shorter than 1,50m). Our experience in this apartment was awful. No rest, no room for 5 people to sleep. This apartment is only for maximum 3 people.

Be careful with NOCLEGI RENTERS!!!! They have many apartments in Poznań, and in my opinion, they scam their customers. In my case, this is what happened: when I made my booking, I was charged $30 more than the listed price. The landlord justified this as a "conversion rate." But excuse me, if I pay a certain amount on Booking, that exact amount should be charged. They do not process payments through Booking but use their own system, charging significantly more. And believe me, getting that money back is impossible. Secondly, when we arrived, the apartment was freezing. It was -1°C outside, and the radiators were not working. When I contacted them, they told me that the heating season had ended, which is absurd. I contacted Booking, explained the situation, and they advised me to move to another apartment and promised a refund. After just two hours, we left the apartment, leaving the keys in the locker as required. However, two days later, I was unexpectedly charged 280 PLN. I received an email stating that we allegedly left the apartment unlocked and broke the clock's hand. How could that even be possible after just two hours of stay? Moreover, how do they have the right to take money without notifying former guests? This is theft, which is punishable by law. This is fraud. I contacted Booking again, and they confirmed that the landlord had no right to do this. Now, I am waiting for my refund. Fourthly, when you open the bedroom curtains, you will see a construction site just 10 meters away. There is no chance for relaxation. You will not be able to sleep in the morning, rest during the day, or unwind in the evening. Unfortunately, this company owns many apartments in Poznań. Be careful when choosing your accommodation. We, as ordinary people, cannot fight against big rental companies that simply take advantage and scam their guests.
