Location, comfy bed, bathroom door (fogged glass), apartment layout.

Disliked:A smell coming from the bathroom. Likely mold. Showerhead had calcium buildup. Mold along parts of the exterior creases of the shower. Electric hotplate stovetop did not work. Couch seemed old and smelled of many other people's body odor.

Everything + turned into - after the extortion and greed of the owner.

Disliked:I lived here for 4 days: the floor creaks and was dirty when I moved in, there is no elevator, it is often noisy at night, twice the neighbors had a party after 10:00 p.m., the bathroom smells like sewage. I was particularly impressed that after the eviction they charged 350PLN for damages that I had nothing to do with. I did not see any objective arguments in this regard. So be careful. Take photos of the apartment and all defects before full occupancy. But even this does not guarantee that you will be treated fairly.

Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, niczego nie brakuje. Umiejscowienie na poddaszu, ale jest wiatrak to również na plus. Jest dostępny w TV Smart więc można zalogować się do wszystkich platform i aplikacji.

Disliked:Lokal bo nie można nazwać go apartamentem nie jest odpowiedni dla 4 osób, a tym bardziej rodzin z dziećmi. Jest ciasno i duszno. Po rozłożeniu sofy dla dzieci nie było możliwości poruszania się, a tym bardziej zjedzenia np. Śniadania przy stoliku. Trzecie piętro, lokal na poddaszu nie jest sprzyjające dla dzieci. Rozkładana sofa niezbyt estetyczna. Łazienka bardzo mała.
