Villa Venecja Apartment Chwaliszewo with FREE GARAGE City Center by Noclegi Renters

beautiful design, excellent location.

Disliked:maybe a little more privacy from bedroom windows

The location was great and there was free paring space.

Disliked:We weren't allowed to use the parking spot before check in (which is ok) so we delayed our trip with taking a break at the KFC on the highway. When we finally went back on the road we were supposed to be at the place at 15.20 (I specifically searched for a place where check in was at 3 o'clock as we had to check out from our other place at 11.00). While we were driving I got a message that the check in is delayed by one hour (mew check in time 16.00) as they couldn't clean the appartement on time. It was dissapointing but I wrote to them that we can offcourse park our car at the underground parking lot when we arrive at 15.20 so that we can go out and eat something without living our car filled with suitcases etc. unsupervised and their answer was "it's only available to use the parking space after check ind). I wrote to them saying that we have paid for the place to be available at 15.00 and they surely don't clean the parking space in the underground parking space. We waited for 40 minutes in our car outside the building so that we could finaly check in. Two hours after we finally checked in I got a message that of course I can use the parking space (that was after six o'clock i the evening) but at that point I couldn't care less. The place is very dark so you have to have the light on from the moment you weak up till you got to sleep. But it's not dark enough at night as there are no shades in the bedroom (there are no door between the bedroom and living room, only a courtain) so if you are a light sleeper then you'll weak up at around 3 o'clock in the summer. There is only one towel per person so if you have long hair there is no smaller towel that you can put on your hair so that they don't drip on your body as you dry yourself. No dishwasher tabs or washing machine detergent. All in all not a good experience and thankfully we spent only 3 nights three which was on the verge of finding something else.

The apartment is spacious and in a good location and has underground parking.

Disliked:The accommodation fell short in several key areas. The walls are incredibly thin, allowing us to hear our neighbors talking and moving around constantly. The sleeping annex faces balconies from a neighboring block but only has sheer net curtains, which felt quite invasive in the evenings. The sofa bed is damaged and tends to slide open when you sit on it, though it’s luckily still okay for sleeping. We also struggled with the bathroom; the motion-activated light only stays on for 5–10 seconds, and the shower control is incredibly finicky - shifting from freezing to scalding with just a tiny adjustment. To make matters worse, we were only provided with small hand towels. I contacted management via Booking.com and mobile, but received no response until after we had checked out. Aside from the lodging issues, Poznań is a fantastic city!

Przestrzenny apartament.

Nowy apartament, lokalizacja, parking w cenie wynajmu.
