Location, cleanliness, decor, size, layout. It’s probably the nicest apartment I’ve stayed at in Poznań. Although it is slightly further out of the centre than previous places I’ve stayed (which meant it was very quiet & peaceful) it was extremely easy to get to all the places I usually visit.
Disliked:1: The air was uncomfortably dry due to wall mounted extractor fans in bathroom and open plan kitchen/lounge running continuously. We messaged the property staff to ask how to turn them off and were advised the fans only come on when the lights are switched on. I explained that this was not the case and they were running continuously even though all lights in property were switched off for hours at a time. The staff did not reply again. 2: The mattress is very soft on one side which meant it was quite uncomfortable to sleep on.
Comfortable stay, Walkable to tram /centrum
Great location, nice vibe, tastefully deco. Also during winter (cold days) the apartment is very warm.
Disliked:N/A
The location was very good. The apartment was also very good, except for the absence of a microwave oven in the kitchen. The kitchen facilities would been much better, if a microwave oven were there.
Disliked:We did not know where to park our car. We called the posted help telephone number (+48 571 504 513) many times about that, but nobody picked up the phone. Hence, to unload our baggage we parked our car in the side street next to our building. Unfortunately, when we returned to the car after leaving our baggage in the rented apartment, a parking fine of PLN 100 was placed on the car's windshield. We had to go to a municipal police station in a different area of Poznan to pay the fine. Additionally, we had to pay PLN 18 for parking our car on a paid parking the next morning. Only the next morning we noticed an e-mail sent to me in the afternoon on the day of our arrival in Poznan with instructions on how and where to park our car in the advertised free parking. Why were these parking instructions not sent to me a few days before our departure for Poznan? Because the parking instructions were sent to me so late, I had to pay PLN 118 and be a subject to unnecessary hassle. Why nobody answered our telephone calls to the help number (+48 571 504 513)?
Everything was great, place was spotless clean, we never had to interact with the hosts directly, yet it was easy to pick up the keys and they were responsive otherwise. There is an underground garage to park in, which was a great bonus for us as we traveled by car. The location is a walking distance from the centre of the city, and Poznan is very clean and orderly in terms of traffic and pedestrian friendly to boot. We were visiting the city to compete in a card game tournament, and we felt this was a perfect base for us. Internet quality was completely fine, better than most places I stayed at.
Disliked:The only thing that we felt was missing was an air conditioning unit to cool off the place a bit, as one of the days we stayed was quite hot and humid. Probably not hugely relevant for Polish climate otherwise (I believe they don't really have AC often as they don't have that hot summers?), but something to keep in mind if you are visiting during the hot summer days.
Location
Disliked:The price , quality of furniture and equipment did not worth 900 pln for 2 nights. Also we requested additional bed for child when booked the apartment ,but did not get it. The bed fir child was the only reason we booked it .
