Stay99

Unbeatable Location: It sits right in the centre of Poznań, making it super easy to walk everywhere, yet it remains surprisingly quiet at night. Comfort & Cleanliness: The place was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you need for a short stay, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Disliked:4th Floor Walk-up: There is no elevator, so hauling luggage up four flights of stairs is definitely a workout. Bright Mornings: The curtains don't do much to block out light, so expect the place to stay very bright early in the morning. Bring an eye mask if you're sensitive to light. Communication: Reaching out to the host wasn't the smoothest experience, as responses were a bit slow/lacking.

The room was very well appointed and the location excellent.

Disliked:There are only two things I had a little trouble with. The fourth floor is very high and I would advise the owner to make it clear to potential guests since this is not for everyone. The only other minor thing was the fact that I couldn't figure out how to watch the local TV channels. Not a deal breaker 😁 just worth noting, perhaps some guidance could help. Overall still very happy and thank you for the hospitality

Great place, great position, everything that was needed for the stay

Disliked:Interesting way up to the apartment - in some ways like an adventure in itself (not a bad thing) - however good have been a little bit better

Great location ,staff very good clear communication

Disliked:Nothing

Lovely room design, comfortable wz all facilities you need for family stay. Perfect location, a minute or few of walk to many attractions. Friendly staff.

Disliked:Minor thing that getting to the room takes you through extra corridors. Pipe from shower may require attention due to smell. We just covered it and kept window open.

Great apartment, very clean, very central.

Disliked:If you select the grey apartment it may be a bit difficult for those with mobility issues as there’s lots of steps

Fantastic!

Disliked:Nothing

Great place to stay. Literally a atone throw away from the old town square and two stone throws away from Plac Wolnosci. It has all the necessary utilities, it is warm, cosy and well decorated. Caffee machine and coffe and tea provided. You have even an iron, iron table and washing machine provided. Very nice spot with nice owners and I recommend it.

Disliked:N/A

Very close to main Square, tram links and cathedral, as well as attractions like museums and restaurants/bars. Very comfortable with all you need for a short stay. Easy to find and staff on hand for any queries.

Disliked:Maybe more pillows and towels if staying a few nights would be nice. Apart from that, all good.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — it felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed — from a fully stocked kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend Stay99 to anyone visiting Poznań, whether for a short city break or a longer stay. It’s a great combination of comfort, style, and convenience. I’ll happily stay here again on my next trip!
