The apartment is very spacious and includes a modern bathroom with shower, a kitchen, bed, sofa, table and more, as well as plenty of space in between. It's also air conditioned. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with a dishwasher (tablets provided); the only thing missing is a freezer section in the mini-fridge (if I remember correctly). Water, ear plugs, sweets and chocolates are provided for free. The bed is really comfortable and the place is super clean. They clean the place daily (if you so wish) and the reception can arrange to get breakfast delivered to you for a very modest charge. The building also has other facilities such as gym (which I didn't use, so can't comment) and laundry. The location is very central. It's not cheap but I'd say it's very good value.
Disliked:The laundry room isn't really practical. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, which are all quite small. They take very long (about two and a half hours no matter the setting) so it'll take a good part of a day to get your laundry done. One of the dryers was out of order and someone was using the other one so I couldn't quite get my clothes dry. Shared laundry is always a nightmare, even more so when not well-planned.

Very convenient location for sure. Easy to get to from the train station.
Disliked:I found the black walls in the room a bit odd. I had to hang a white towel over the bathroom door so I could locate it at night and not run into it. Also, the lack of a breakfast buffet was also missed
