Very nice place
Apartment close to public transportation lines - very comfortable when commuting to city center. Very quiet area.
Disliked:We had some problem with other neighbour - they were smoking a lot, and it was quite hard to refresh the apartment

Good
Tram to the city centre is just 5mins away, nice big balcony.
Disliked:We had to contact the property manager to fix the shower and replace the hairdryer, which practically caught fire when turned on. On the balcony, there was an old, dirty plastic rug that was breaking down due to UV damage; every time we went out there, we'd track plastic and dirt back into the flat. When we lifted the rug to move it, the amount of dust, dirt, and blue plastic pieces underneath was astonishing. Furthermore, we were using the sofa bed to sleep, and upon opening it, we found that it was dirty and also full of pieces from that same blue plastic rug. Finally, upon moving out, we forgot a small remote control. Although I contacted the management immediately and called them three times over the span of two days, I only got my remote back thanks to the kindness of the new guest, after I walked back to the flat myself and knocked on the door.
