Totally home away from home with a little bit of extra :)
Rooms are always just right for the kind of stay we like to have, this time we had slightly higher standard room which offered coffee machine and bathrobes and some extra space. Regardless, we always feel like home in the property, the new coffee machine/free drinks selection downstairs is superb, the vibe something between quiet luxury and home.
Disliked:There is nothing to report here, honestly :)

Really nice hotel in downtown Poznan with great rooms and friendly staff.
The hotel was really well designed and the room was clean and comfortable. The receptionists and staff were really friendly and helpful. The facilities including the gym and the restaurant/lobby were also really nice.

Very good
Staff was very friendly. Pawel at the Front Desk gave us wonderful tips for exploring the city and recommended a great authentic Polish restaurant just off the Market Square. The hotel and our room were both very clean. The breakfast was delicious with many choices and was definitely worth the extra money.
The hotel did honor our request for a room on a high floor (we wanted to get away from any street noise).
Disliked:The room we received was incredibly small. The air conditioner did not work. The fan blew, but it never cooled down the room. We did contact the front desk and were told that it usually takes a while for the a/c to turn on. It never did. We ended up opening the windows, but the room never got down to a comfortable temperature.
We also did not like the bed. It was incredibly soft. Between the uncomfortable bed and the warm room, we did not sleep well at all.

Great hotel- be thoughtful though if you need a cool room to sleep well.
Nice modern style hotel with good public spaces, excellent restaurant with really tasty seasonal menu, easy short walk to the old town, corner shop close by, the room was nice and modern (heated bathroom floor). Good breakfast. Would look for this brand again.
Disliked:I couldn’t get the hang of the aircon so I was too hot at night. I think it may have been one of those ones that doesn’t do much. The road outside was too noisy to sleep with the window open so I needed working aircon.
