Very good
The apartments were booked for parents. We were interested in this particular district.
Convenient check-in, nearby shop, and transport. Quiet area.
Disliked:First of all, I want to inform, that although the described experience upset us, it did not spoil the parents' vacation.
Now the case:
We booked this apartment for our parents from 05/07>14/07.
On July 12 we decided to extend our stay.
We called the owner (Booking Host) and reported that a new reservation from 14/07 to 22/07 had been paid for.
We asked to change bed linen and towels and the manager assured us that everything would be done after 11-00 on July 14th.
According to the check-out rules, we left the apartment around 11am and returned after 6 pm, but to our regret and surprise, we were not provided with clean towels and fresh bed linen.
The apartment (bathroom, rooms, etc.) was not cleaned, and there were no free toiletries, toilet paper, etc.
We reported this to the owner on the same day 14/07.
On 20/07 we received a message through the booking platform with an apology and a promise to return with compensation after providing photos as evidence. I sent them via email.
Unfortunately, to date, we have not received any further response from the owner.

The parents for whom the apartment was booked were generally satisfied.

Disliked:Incorrect (not fully) info on the site about free toiletries
Info about this "Please beware, we provide a basic amount of hygiene cosmetics for the first night." has been received only after paying together with check-in info.
This somewhat surprised and alarmed us with the burn-out panel found inside a microwave (the owner has been informed). Thank God, this did not affect the operation of the microwave.
