Opera Apartments

lovely apartment with everything you may need in excellent location.

Quiet, excellent location, spacious and comfortable and a friendly accommodating host

Disliked:All was excellent

Disliked:Not the best communication ahead of arrival and lack of information on the check-in process.

Very nice apartment, well designed and maintained. Being close to the park and playground was great for the kids.

We were delighted with our stay in the apartment. From the location to the responsiveness of the hosts. We had several extra requests and they met us every time. The apartment is very clean and cozy. The complimentary tea and coffee set was greatly appreciated. Special thanks for the coffee machine! The apartment is very close to most of the attractions and the old town. We were traveling with a dog, so it was important for us to have green areas and there were plenty of them. Opera apartments position themselves as pet friendly, and this is exactly the case when it is not just on paper. No additional charges were taken from us for staying with a pet. IF strikethrough NEXT TIME we are in Poznan (we fell in love with the city!) we will primarily consider this hotel as a place to stay.

I love the classicistic building and the XIX century neighbourhood. The interior with its hardwood floors and doors as well as the staircase with an original Art Deco terrazzo. The view of the park. This place allowed me to travel back in time.

Disliked:The shower drain is clogged and it causes the water level to gradually rise when taking a shower.

Disliked:I really regretted booking this apartment. I do not advise anyone. I made the rental a week before my arrival. In a separate letter, I additionally informed that I am traveling with my wife and three children, and the youngest child is only 1 year old (although the owner already sees this information, as I filled it in during the reservation). And now imagine that less than an hour before arrival, the owner informs us that he cannot rent the premises to us, because he has some technical difficulties after the stay of yesterday's guests. Not in the morning, not early, without offering any other accommodation! Imagine, in the winter with three small children and luggage, you are refused a rental and they say that, unfortunately, they will not be able to help you! I do not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Jeżeli kiedyś będę szukał noclegu w Poznaniu to z całą pewnością pierwsze gdzie będę szukał to właśnie tu.
