Nowoczesne i Eleganckie Studio oraz Apartament z Balkonami w Poznaniu by Noclegi Renters

Great location, the center is within walking distance, there are many shops and transport nearby. Very quiet, the room has everything you need. A nice bonus was the coffee and coffee maker.

Disliked:The bed is located in a small room, between two walls. The bed is too soft, and the mattress, for some reason, shifts slightly downward, creating a hole between the headboard.

Apartment and Communication with the owner was good.

Disliked:Parking was a problem. Garage door would not open with key fob and parking spot is one of those elevator mechanisms. Owner super helpful in providing instructions on how to get access without the garage fob.

Be careful, only positive feedbacks are shown here. I had to write here in positive section my issue to be shown. The hosting agency was fully disrespectful and unprofessional. From the very beginning, they refused early check-in even though the apartment was available and had not been used the previous night. The instructions for entering the building and even the floor of the apartment were incorrect. The main issue, however, was the bed. Although advertised as one double bed (one full bed unit), it was actually two twin beds pushed together with separate covers. As a couple, this completely ruined our vacation, and the host ignored our emails requesting an apartment change. Additionally, the TV did not work and, despite being advertised as having streaming services like Netflix, it did not have them. After complaining to Booking.com, I was refunded about 20% of the amount paid, which I did not even request. My vacation was ruined, and that has no price. I strongly advise against using this host.

The apartment was very clean, nice, and in a great location. It had everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. We are so grateful for a wonderful stay! Thank you so much!

Disliked:Microwave no TV not working

Everything was great the location the flat all was perfect and fast responding from rentals. Absolutely recommended.

Disliked:The door lock was damaged and we had a little trouble finding a solution.

The location was close to the station and city center. It was also clean.

Disliked:We only booked this place because on the discription they offered baby cot. However, a few hours before our arrival they send uns a couple of emails that it cost additional 50zl and without a blanket or pillow. I tried to contact them but received an error message and the infoline asked to send an email. In the end we didn't receive the baby cot and had a bad night with our 2 year old child in the same bed. I cannot think about any emergency in this so called apartment, the emergency line never available. Also the curtains do not cover the whole room so it was bright at night and in the morning and the double bed is 2 beds and materaces combined. Never again!

Lokalizacja oraz wygodne materace

Disliked:Widok z balkonu

Excelente localização e óptimas condições.

Disliked:Já utilizei estes aartamentos 2 vezes e pela segunda vez não consegui ligar-me à internet. Único ponto negativo.
