Beautifully appointed, in perfect location and easily accessible by tram, bus and taxi.
Very clean and well equipped. Very nicely decorated and with smeg appliances. Comfortable bed mattres, access to balcony & aircon.
Disliked:The pillows are not comfortable, decent pair of firmer / bigger pillows should be purchased. Also it’s a 5th floor and it has blackout curtains but I think adding voile curtains for privacy would make many guests more comfortable

Absolutely loved my stay here, place was very clean and comfortable, close walk to city centre :)
Super clean facilities absolutely crisp, nice balcony, A/C good. Very comfy bed and quiet location but very close walk to city center!
Disliked:Self-check in a little confusing, instructions were fairly clear, just need to emphasise location of the card lockbox.

Very poor
Disliked:My stay in this apartment was unfortunately a terrible experience. From the very beginning, I had trouble getting into the room. There were two key boxes, and I couldn't tell which one was correct due to a lack of clear instructions or markings. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress. For the first two days, the internet connection was very poor. When I contacted the host, I was told to reset the router myself – which was hidden behind a dusty TV. This was inconvenient and unprofessional. On the second day, noisy renovation work began in the building. I had not been informed beforehand that any construction would be taking place, and the noise made it hard to relax or work. The apartment was also poorly lit, with dim lighting that made the entire place feel dark and uncomfortable. At the end of my stay, I couldn't open the key box to return the keys. Despite following all the instructions and handling, the host accused me of breaking the box – an accusation I strongly disagree with. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment to others due to the multiple problems and lack of professional support during my stay.
