All was great, I recommend
It was clean, the staff responded very quickly and the indications to the property were clear. The area is very quiet and nice, lots of groceries around and the access to public transportation is 5-7 min away, to all directions. You can walk to the old square, around 45 min stroll, slow pace.
Disliked:You need to be aware that the space is really, really small, not suitable for large suitcases or large people. The couch is quite narrow. The previous tourists smoked in the app so it was a heavy smell inside when we got in.
everything was great 👍
Disliked:I liked everything
The location is great but a little remote from centre or busy areas. The appartment is very well equiped and immaculate. everything works and the shower is great.
Disliked:The only thing that I didn't like was light contamination / the absence of sun blocking shades in the appartment. Dspite it being located on the ground floor, a lot of light comes through the windows and the curtains are very thin. Also the light in the corridor stayed on (and often blinked all night), which created another source of unwanted ight.
Everything was great. There were all the ingredients for cooking in the kitchen. There was even detergent for the washing machine. The room was very clean. There were napkins, a coffee machine and it worked. There was nothing missing. I would definitely choose this place again
Disliked:The only downside of this place is that the room doesn't get warm enough.
Location
Disliked:The bathroom sink drain was clogged.
Very nice and clean micro apartment. There was complimentary water in the fridge. Good location, close to cafés/breakfast spots, also quite near to the main station. Close to tram lines that can take you to the city center. Smooth self check-in.
Disliked:I had to cover the sheets myself(!) Been traveling for more than 10 years already and this is the first time I actually saw bare pillows and duvets in the closet. At least I didn't have to assemble the bed myself 😅 The view from the window were trash cans of the building 🥺 The curtains didn't stop the headlights from the outside which made it difficult to fall asleep. Also the guests from adjacent room were loud and didn't respect the quiet hours.
Location is great. Apartment is on the ground floor - 4 steps to enter. Easy / non personal check in and out. Good coffee machine - coffee pods and water provided ❤️ Simple and everything you need - good value for money.
Disliked:Sadly, the toilet macerator noise, shower or simply talking from apartment next door, kept me awake over both nights. Walls are paper thin - bring ear plugs 😊 Also, please think of a way to allow your guests to stay private from the outside pavement passers by. People can look in 24/7 - black out curtains are good for the night time but not suitable during the day. Half way up light day blinds? A small wall/table or floor lamp wouldn't go a miss. There's no TV or radio or a large mirror.
The location of the flat is perfect, there are many bus/tram options connecting you with other areas of Poznan and you can easily walk to the old town, if so inclined. There are local grocery shops nearby and a lovely park, with the Poznan Palm House within, just a short walk from the flat. The flat itself has everything you need for a short stay, including black out curtains and a coffee machine (with a couple complimentary pods provided).
Disliked:The sofa bed is very hard and rather uncomfortable. Additionally, perhaps due to the age of the building, you can hear all the plumbing noises coming from neighbouring flats. If you are a light sleeper, like myself, it is hard to get a good night sleep. Second downside is the shower, which is hard to figure out and get a temperatue of water comfortable to wash in.
