A clean, wonderful place. The staff are incredible. So kind and helpful. They went beyond our expectations. A quiet comfortable sleep.
Disliked:We asked the bathtub drain to be cleared as the water was accumulating. We went out and came back and it wasn't cleared. Other than that great.

Wonderful location, close to Old Town but without the noise.
Breakfast were amazing and reasonably priced..staff was very friendly. Room was clean. All needs provided for.
Disliked:The pillows were uncomfortable, but that was it.

Very good standard and value for money hotel within walking distance of Poznan old town.
Our stay felt very relaxed with good value for money accommodation. Breakfast was varied and of a good standard.
Disliked:Not much we didn’t like, although our checking out experience with reception unfortunately didn’t match the very good experience we had throughout our stay.

Comfortable hotel within walking distance of the old town
The rooms were comfortable and clean, if somewhat small. It's a 20 minute walk to Stary Rynek, with its bars and restaurants.
Disliked:Breakfast was expensive. There was no option to just have a continental coffee and croissant.

Cosy place and easy access to stay in the centre of Poznan
Warm welcome, efficient interactions before the stay and during the stay. Everything clean, staff friendly, large choice of quality food for breakfast. Charm of an old cosy palace style. Rooms are very small (at least the one I occupied) but it has everything you need, including charging cables for the cell phones. Excellent location to visit the old town, it's close to the start of the pedestrian street with the great shopping area Browar and if needed, there is a parking place at the back of the building. Would definitely come back for a future stay in Poznan.
Disliked:Nothing comes to my mind.
