The staff, the great choice of breakfast. Rooms good size, clean and easy access. I would recommend this hotel everytime. I have stayed here many times and each time is perfect. Easy 10 minute walk to the main square.
First, the staff are excellent. Dmetry in particular at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, and just great to interact with. The place is great as well. Really good soundproofing, even though we were facing the tram and street we didn’t notice it. No issues with sound at all. Rooms are nice as well. 100% will come immediately back here if I’m in Poznan again. The space is very clean and updated. The air conditioner is specific to each room and works very well. Kept us cool! They offer water carafes and water on each floor in the hallway. Very convenient and sustainable.
Disliked:Beds were nice but just a hair on the firm side compared to American hotels. Also don’t love the small rolling “chair” under the desk that’s more of an ottoman on rollers.

The room was a great size, and the location was excellent—very close to the city center and surrounded by restaurants and charming local cafés. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because it was a bit expensive compared to the delicious and more affordable options available at nearby cafés.

Spacious room, comfy beds, excellent breakfast, and very friendly staff. We were especially pleased that the hotel prepared a bowl and a dog bed for our dog. A very pleasant stay.
The hotel’s location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city, close to the Old Town, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and conveniently located next to a small shopping mall. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and overall the stay was very pleasant.
Disliked:Breakfast is good, but it could be better. Adding a wider variety of options would help elevate the overall experience.
