This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are beautiful and we stayed in two different rooms as our stay was broken up by a trip away for a couple of nights. Each room has a different decor which had been designed to perfection and was spotlessly clean. The Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. They couldn’t do enough to help with useful advice about eating out locations and general info about Poznan. This is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location, with internal access to the adjoining mall with many very good eating/ drinking options. I would 100% recommend this hotel to any of my friends visiting Poznan. We will return…

Perfection
One of the best hotel experiences in my life. Everything was perfect, the staff welcomes the host in a warm way that makes you feel like by your best friend. The room is clean and cozy, wide bathroom and very comfortable bed. Located in the very city centre of Poznań, it's the best option to visit the city.

I can’t wait to be back
This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Poznań—probably in all of Poland. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, and the level of service sets a very high benchmark. I arrived late at night after a flight delayed by several hours, so I couldn’t fully enjoy all the facilities. However, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade for my first stay, which truly made my day. I was also craving a cold beer after the journey, and the lady at reception went out of her way to make it happen. Her genuinely warm and engaging service was exceptional. Breakfast the next morning, which I shared with a family member, was also delicious. I sadly forgot the receptionist’s name, but a huge thank you to her—I will definitely be back.

Everything exceded my expectations. I went with my dog and they gave me two dog bowls and a dog bed. Staff were eally nice, the included breakfast was delicious and it is perfectly situated. Highly recommend!

It was not very clear what was included in breakfast.
Disliked:I was disappointed by the spa area which is very very tiny. There is a steam sauna but nowhere to relax afterwards. I would have dedicated less space to the bar which is huge and give more to the spa area.
