Very good
Great location.
Free parking.
Apartment was clean and cosy.
Disliked:The apartment was full of spiders and spider webs. Upon arrival, we had to remove five or six spiders as well as several spider webs. I think the higher areas should be cleaned more thoroughly, and the walls and door frames should be checked for spider webs.
The bedroom door would not close and needs to be fixed.
Parking can be challenging as there is not enough space for larger vehicles. Otherwise, parking in the surrounding zones can be expensive.

A little hard to find the location and access in, but once settled it was comfy, clean and practical.
Disliked:With language barriers, it was hard for us Australians to find and get in.

Comfortable apartment for longer stay
Complete apartment with well-equipped kitchen, stove, coffee machine, refrigerator, utensils, dishwasher, clothes washer. Attractively decorated Comfortable apartment to relax in. Good location with parking, easy access to river, park, Cathedral, Stary Rynek. Excellent place for a week or nore stay in Poznań. Sturdy toilet seat and spacious bathroom.
Disliked:One toilet seat bolt was broken, but it did not turn out to be a problem. Espresso machine does not produce very much coffee. A better coffee maker would be appreciated. Apartment is on the 3rd level, has no air conditioning, and all windows are on the SW facing wall. Gets very hot in the afternoon in summer when day temperature exceeds 25 C. It would be helpful to have written instructions for coffee maker, dishwasher and clothes washer
