Glam House Apartments

Host very responsive to my queries despite the difficulties e-mailing them via Booking.com . My queries via this system bounced. The apartment was light and airy; there was space to make my own drinks and prepare simple meals; the shower was good and all was clean and well -maintained.

Disliked:Being unable to get through to the host for several days caused anxiety but this was not their fault. Something in Booking.com's system went wrong and although I was receiving messages from the host my own were not getting through. However eventually the host rang and we ended up communicating via texts , which worked well. The only thing I was less satisfied with about the property itself was the proximity to the busy road and the rumble of the trams late at night and early in the morning. However during the night itself it was quiet. I am a light sleeper but others may be fine with traffic noise.

Not applicable

The apartment was well located, clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Disliked:We booked two single beds, but the beds were too small. If you turned over, you almost fell on the floor. And there weren't enough towels or bath mats, so when you got out of the shower, you ended up getting the floor wet.

Very nicely located, right in the centre. The apartments are nice and quiet.

Disliked:There weren’t many kitchen supplies and the property wasn’t really that clean. The towels had weird stains and could use better cleaning.

- Comfortable Beds - Easy Check In - Warm Rooms/Good Heating - Kettle/Microwave/Fridge Facilities - Large Bathroom - WiFi

Disliked:- No Sink in kitchen, had to use bathroom sink - Not enough toilet paper

The location was ideal

Location was great, the apartment was clean and host was very welcoming.

Disliked:The shower had just a little curtain and we managed to flood the bathroom a bit because of that. The bathroom was also very cold during the night.

Apartment was clean, cozy, had a very good location being close both to the Old Market and to the Main station. Generally was pleasant to stay in there for a few days.

Disliked:The only negative thing for me was the hair dryer which was too weak. Luckily I had mine with me. But overall everything was ok and I enjoyed my stay there, thanks :) As a suggestion, maybe a bigger sign near the entrance door would be better for new comers to be more visible

Really close to the city center, very cosy

Disliked:Nothing

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the old town

Disliked:Quite a risk leaving the door unlocked and the keys on the table for us to check ourselves in, lock box and a code would be a safer option
