. The flat is in a great location and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Disliked:The sitting room needs curtains.

Decor, brightness and size

Disliked:It was difficult to understand the control of the heating in the apartment and a coffee table would be a very good adfition but otherwise everything was great

Entrance into the building is from one of the main streets, 5 min walking distance to the Main Market Square. Clean, large (especially the living-dining area). Street parking (we were lucky enough). Good price/quality of stay ratio.

Disliked:There was no mini-espresso machine (in 2025 it is almost a must, you'll find them in 80-85% of airbnb's), most probably because there is a small coffee shop just as you go downstairs on the street. No curtains in the living (several guests claimed about it, no reaction of the ownwer/admin.) Both double bed and the couch need an upgrade (squeezing noises). In spite of that, I would highly recommend this apartment for max 2 pers

Central, yet quiet as the appartment has the windows towards the rear of the building. There is a bakery right next to the appartment building.

Disliked:The sofa bed is comfortable, but on the small end of double beds. For a longer stay, two adults may find it a bit constraining.

This apartment in Poznan was fantastic. It’s incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and in a great location just a few minutes’ walk from the town center. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself is lovely, well-equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, but it’s only a small double, which might be a bit tight for two people. My wife also had trouble sleeping as the bedroom blinds didn’t fully block out the light, and a motion-sensor light downstairs kept turning on and off during the night. Additionally, there are no blinds or curtains in the living room, which might feel unusual if you're not used to it. Overall, though, it was a great stay

Cozy and warm apartment in the heart of the city, combining authenticity and modernity. The apartment is located in an inner courtyard, so it is very quiet. All the attractions of the city center are within walking distance. Good contact with the host.

Disliked:Paid parking.

Great location. Apartment is so clean.

Disliked:Blinds on the living room windows would be great but only a small thing!
