A pleasant and clean apartment in a good location. The reality exactly matches the pictures of the apartment. The entire house and apartment have just been renovated. There are plenty of restaurants along the street, the tram runs in front of the house and you can also walk to the old town along pleasant routes.

Disliked:I had received the wrong door code and couldn't get into the apartment at night. I couldn't reach anyone. Fortunately, I finally figured out how to fix the code. I would have liked to sit on the patio in the courtyard in the evenings, but huge rats took over the entire yard at night. When I sat on the patio, they came very close. They turn on the motion-detector lights in the garbage can all night and bang the lids of the garbage cans. The rat problem is huge. The rat traps were far too small for these individuals. There were no blinds or curtains installed in the bedroom. Instead, blackout curtains that provide complete darkness were lying around in the wardrobe. They should be hung on the window. Wszystko. Lokalizacja, czystość, udogodnienia...

Pobyt w Fancy District Jeżyce to była czysta przyjemność! Apartament jest wyjątkowo czysty, nowoczesny i urządzony z dużym smakiem, co sprawia, że od razu można poczuć się w nim jak w domu. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja w samym sercu kultowych Jeżyc – tuż za rogiem znajdziecie mnóstwo świetnych knajpek z pysznym jedzeniem i klimatycznych winiarni. Polecam!

Disliked:Popsuta zmywarka (brzydko pachniało, zgłosiłam obsłudze więc pewnie coś z tym zrobili 😉)

Disliked:Jedyny minus to grzejniki…pokrętła zdjęte, grzejniki skręcone. Ja zmarzłam.

Piękna kamienica, dostępność windy, dobre światło w łazience, wszystko czyste, łóżka wygodne, super lokalizacja.

Disliked:Mały minus za czajnik (woda po przegotowaniu smakowała plastikiem) oraz za niedziałającą zmywarkę.

Lokalizacja idealna. Dookoła dużo możliwości polecanych miejscówek na dobre jedzenie czy wino

Disliked:Brak rolet słońce popołudniu w gorące dni może być problem ponieważ w obiekcie nie ma klimatyzacji.. reszta było super nie mam zastrzeżeń Na moje potrzeby lokalizacja idealna... jedynie problem z parkingiem ale to chyba bolączki całego poznania
