Disliked:Host is an agency and very late reply. Phone calls goes to atumatic machine reply and emails are answered after about 8-10 hours. Facilities: Missing sheet on bed, I could never got a new one due to late reply from the host. So I had to use my beach towel. Cleaness: Dirty sofa and dirty blankets and pillows. Photos are attached. Very cheep equipments and furnitures. Full of ants and insects even in dishes (attached photos) and host told we can not do anything about them since they always come from window. They can simply use window insect scree.

To be objective, accommodation has several positives. It is actually a 3-room apartment, and the kitchen is separate. That's a miracle in less than 50 square meters. This is also why the apartment provides a certain comfort and storage space. The apartment is obviously after reconstruction, albeit cheap but efficient.

Disliked:And now the disadvantages to consider. 1. The beds are actually sofas, quite hard and less comfortable in my opinion. The sofa bed in the living room is softer but very uncomfortable. I really do not understand that someone is able to invest thousands of euros in the renovation of an apartment for rent, only to leave old sofas there and thus spoil the entire investment. I really recommend the owner to equip the apartment with regular single beds and a double bed. 2. There were ants there during our stay. This is probably a problem of the whole apartment building and will be solved in time when it starts to be solved. We are not hypersensitive, but it is annoying if we have to immediately seal all the food in an airtight container or put it in the refrigerator, otherwise it will be discovered and infiltrated by ants. Even the sweets that the host left for us on the table were full of ants before we arrived. 3. Free street parking is declared. This is true, but it may not always be easy, as there are apparently more cars in this neighborhood than street parking, so it may not be easy to find parking. 4. The accommodation provider's partner company, which is responsible for withdrawing money from the credit card, performed the operation in euros. This is a problem because then they can use their own currency exchange rate, quite disadvantageous by the way. Booking.com, where I ordered the accommodation, explicitly stated that the payment would be in zlotys (then the exchange rate of your bank will be used). To put it simply, if you pay with a card that is not denominated in zlotys, your accommodation will be more expensive than declared.

Czysto ,miło, świetna lokalizacja ,łatwy meldunek

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wygodne łóżka, blisko do sklepu i przystanku. Mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy. Polecam.

Po drugie zostałem oskarżony że pies zniszczył sofy, podczas gdy pies podczas całego pobytu nosił kołnierz. ochronny . Nie polecam !

Disliked:Pralka która nie działała, zmywarka również żadnej osuszarki do naczyń połamana miotła ogólnie obiekt nie przystosowany pod względem radzenia sobie w kuchni z tymi faktami które opisałem nie polecam nikomu .

Disliked:Vorsicht - man kann von vorsätzlicher Täuschung sprechen. Dem Vermieter ist bereits aus anderen Bewertungen mehrere Monate bekannt, in welchem Zustand einige Einrichtungselemente sind und hat auch diesbezüglich Maßnahmen angekündigt, die bis heute nicht umgesetzt wurden. In der ganzen Wohnung stinkt es nach Zigarettenrauch, vor allem die Sofas sind davon betroffen. Es muss dort jemand über längeren Zeitraum gewohnt und geraucht haben. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist nachwievor von Flecken übersät. Auch die Kissen sind dreckig und fleckig. Am schlimmsten allerdings sind die vom Vermieter bereitgestellten "Betten". Hier handelt es sich um Polsterbettelemente, für die es keine Matratzen gibt. D.h. man liegt quasi direkt auf der Holzkonstruktion und es fühlt sich an, als ob man auf dem Boden liegen würde. Das geht gar nicht. Hier wurde wohl zur Gewinnmaximierung am falschen Ende gespart und vermietet die Wohnung im Plattenbau trotzdem für mehr als 100€ die Nacht. Wir waren sehr verärgert und werden diesbezüglich auch nochmal booking informieren.
