Very good location for all the Malta activities and yet quiet in the greenery

Disliked:Stuff. I reserved for 5 people and in apartment was ready just 4 beds and 4 towels for 4 people. First night I didnt have towel ( I was using my tshirt after shower ) and i didnt have bed sheets / lining for my couch bed. The servise just told me it will come in the morning , sorry. It was not ok. After long travel i wanted to have fresh bed and towel.

Almost nothing! The Living area and the kitchen were OK

Disliked:Unfortunately one of the worst holiday apartment rentals I had from many! We were a group of 4 adults, one 3 old and a 4 month toddler! The location is far from the city and public transport is quite limited! The check in instructions, including the detailed address, are so bad that I had to wait in the street for 30 minutes in cold to be able to check in. The managent company customer support hot line and agents are so unprofessional! The first one hung up on me, the second one assured me he will call me back in 10 minutes and he didn't, the 3rd one tried to help and also told me she will call back which she didn't!! 4 hours later, someone called me to deliver items that were missing!! The apartment is supposed to have 3 bedrooms, according to their diacription, one is supposed to be a LARGE double bed (turned out to be a 140 cm wide bed)!! Another room with one sofa bed (was not even prepared with sheets and covers), and a room with another double bed (it turned out to be a single bed of 70 cm which extends by another 70 cm with a horrible very soft foam mattress!) One of the bedrooms didn't have any curtains or a blackout, making it impossible to sleep after 5:30 AM!! The living room was relatively OK, even though the furniture, like all the rest, is quite cheap. One more issue to be aware of, before getting the final confirmation for the reservation, the apartment management company forced me to go through a payment portal even though I booked through booking(dot)com which charged me 9.5% extra as exchange rate commission when I choose to pay in Euros!! They claimed that they couldn't charge my CC, even though my bank confirmed that they gave the authorization twice (I have proof). I could say a lot more, but I think this give a pretty fair idea about this accommodation and the management company! Not recommended!

Przestronny apartament, bardzo dobre położenie blisko centrum. Dużo zieleni i miejsc na spacery. Przyjazny zwierzętom. Znakomita obsługa.

Établissement au calme, proche du centre en bus et tram, propre, claire et agréable, bien équipé et bien décoré. place de parking en sous-sol très secure

Apartament na nowym osiedlu otoczonym zielenią . Mieszkanie jest czyste , wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie samodzielne - wszelkie wskazówki uzyskane przed przyjazdem były czytelne i w zupełności wystarczyły ( nie korzystałam z m-ca parkingowego ze względu na wystarczającą dostępność m-c na zewnatrz ) . Szybkie łącze wifi , netflix, tv .
