Perfect location, in a calm street ( windows facing Grottgera Street) , next to the amazing Wilson’s Park. Plenty of good restaurants in the neighbourhood

Disliked:The bed 140 cm is not big enough for two adults. Really pity, because there is plenty of room for a larger bed.

Great location, clean and spacious

Disliked:1. The bed!!!! I kept falling in between the 2 single mattress tops/protectors. A double mattress/protector would be great! 2. No instructions given about where/how to throw the bins 3. Staff never responded to query about bins 4. No microwave 5. I wanted to extend the stay but the message about possibility came to me too late! A day before leaving is too late and people would obviously have made other reservations by then unfortunately.

I had a very pleasant experience staying in this apartment in Poznań. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet while still being close to public transport, shops, and points of interest. The apartment is fully equipped, with modern and comfortable furniture, making it ideal both for a short stay and for a longer period. The landlord is reliable, communicative, and provided all the necessary support to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. I confidently recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Poznań.

Spacious apartment, clean, lots of light, well heated, had everything I needed and more. Really enjoyable stay.

Disliked:The matresses were sunken in the middle, they should be replaced - I have back problems and couldn't sleep very well because of it. That was the only problem in a otherwise perfect stay, liked the apartment a lot.

Disliked:To begin with, the instructions to enter the property were confusing and incorrect. They stated that I needed to go through the backyard to find the apartment, which was completely wrong — all I had to do was go up the stairs to the apartment after entering the building. The digital code didn’t work, so I had to use a key to get in. The property was very poorly cleaned, with insects (larvae, to be precise) crawling in the bathroom. The towels were visibly old and worn out. There was a large stain on the couch that smelled unpleasant. On top of that, in the middle of the night, the TV turned on by itself. Someone else had connected to it from their phone, which was extremely unsettling. The apartment gives the impression that the owner puts in minimal effort to maintain it, yet still tries to market it as a “luxury” apartment simply because it’s furnished with IKEA-style furniture. I wouldn’t go back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

Disliked:the apartment needs deep cleaning - the rug, sofa, and sheets were dirty and not washed in a very long time minor inconveniences - small bed, power outlet in the bathroom needs to be fixed, lacks proper window blinds/shades, broken coat hanger, lack of chair pads which results in floor being scratched and in a bad condition
