It has a garage for the car. Location.

Disliked:Check-in process was very unclear. Lockbox location required a video call to locate, codes given were incorrect on both boxes, so without the call, we wouldn’t have had access. Internet information in unit was wrong and required another text. For a five night stay, we were left with 2 dishwasher pods and not enough towels. Hot water was cut off on our last morning due to a leak and Jack hammering every weekday at 730 am.

Excellent location, despite the busy street, the apartment is absolutely quiet, clean, modernly furnished. Spacious free parking in the garage. Many ways to prepare coffee in the kitchen, including ground coffee and capsules available ;-)

Disliked:The first day the apartment smelled of sewage. The house was relatively new, but the quality of workmanship was probably not great. You can see it when you look into the atrium. A few small things were broken in the apartment - shower screen, etc., but nothing serious. We traveled with children and the dining table with chairs was insufficient for 4 people. The keys were in the box, unfortunately the instructions with the video came late from the booking portal (about half an hour after our arrival), so we hopelessly wandered around the house and tried all the key boxes, of which there are many. But I would rather see this as booking, because it was not the first time this happened to us, and more detailed instructions for arrival came to us 2 days later :-) The instructions are explained in detail in the video. That's good.

Had everything you need, was clean and comfortable. Definitely stay here again

Disliked:The location of the key, took us a while to figure it out. The lift wasn't working for a few days was a long hike up them stairs lol

Nice location, everything clean and a lot of amenities

Very comfortable, great communication, so close to the old town. We couldn't ask for anything more to be honest

Disliked:The balcony , not a good view

We stayed at By the River apartment as two adults, one 3-month-old baby, and a Dobermann for one week. The good: The location and parking were really fine, easy to find and convenient. The YouTube video for check-in was clear and made the arrival simple. We also appreciated that pets are allowed — traveling with our dog was no problem at all.

Disliked:The bad: The apartment itself feels a bit old and could definitely use some refreshing. The bed and sofa were only average in comfort, not terrible but not good either. A very disappointing experience: We had booked and paid for a baby cot, but when we arrived at 5 PM, it wasn’t there. Three phone calls went unanswered, and only through Booking.com did we get a message on Tuesday (two days later) saying someone would bring the cot that day or the next. Nothing happened until Thursday night, when the cot was finally dropped off — at 11 PM — and without a mattress. When we contacted them again, we were told to “just use a blanket from the bedroom as a mattress.” That is completely unacceptable. A baby would be lying directly on the frame! We came with a 3-month-old infant, and because of this, we had to sleep separately for the entire week, as the baby had to share the main bed with the mother. Overall: great location and pet-friendly, but poor communication and no care for guests with small children. We would not return unless major improvements are made.

Clean and tidy very well equipped flat

Disliked:We had a small issue with car and ask to check out 30 min after checkout time what has been denied. And we offer to pay for extra 30 minutes. Sometimes small gesture will do great deal for people but not this time so very disappointed

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Wygodne i czyste mieszkanie. Kawa i herbata do dyspozycji. Lokalizacja ekstra, blisko parku jak i centrum. Polecam serdecznie.

Disliked:Instrukcja wejścia była bardzo długa, choć wcale nie tak skomplikowana. Myślę że trochę można ten komunikat usprawnić ;)
