Disliked:The check-in verification process was confusing and uncomfortable.
2 days before arrival – The property sent me a message asking to send a photo of my ID via WhatsApp/SMS/email. I refused because this goes against Booking.com’s Terms of Service, and I asked why it was necessary. The host only replied “to confirm your identity.”
On the day of arrival – At the scheduled check-in time, I still hadn’t received the access details. The host insisted again on ID verification and offered different alternatives:
• sending a photo showing only name + surname, with other details covered
• making a symbolic 1 PLN transfer via Polish bank account / BLIK / Revolut
• using a second phone number or alternative email address for verification
Eventually, I chose the BLIK transfer option (sent 1 PLN). Only then were the apartment and parking codes provided.
Overall, the apartment itself was fine, but the verification process was stressful. Instead of a clear, standard Booking.com check-in, I had to negotiate between different options (full ID photo, partial ID photo, or bank transfer). This should be made clear in advance on the listing, because otherwise it creates delays and doubts about security.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - Beautiful, with everything you could ask for! This is a MUST stay!
The location was PERFECT! I would Definitely try to rent this location again. The Apartment was SAFE, CLEAN, WELL MAINTANED and BEAUTIFUL! The apartment itself was amazing! There was even candy on the pillow, what else could you ask for? You truly felt like you were staying at a friend's home.
Disliked:If you are driving, the check-in is a little difficult. The keys are in a lockbox outside the door of the apartment. So you have to find and pay for street parking to go inside to the apartment door. Get the keys, which have the parking fob, and then return to your car. Once you get the fob, everything is great.
I better picture of the front door into the building, outside of the building, and which garage to go to (there are 2 next to each other) would be nice.
