Beauty Apartament Plac Wolności

Beautiful apartment as pictured and the location is wonderful. For even a longer stay the amount of dishes and quality espresso maker would be great though we didn't use them. They let us know when the apartment was ready.

Disliked:A few more instructions may be good. Such as manual for the washing machine and drying rack. Also, if you take the right of the two elevators to floor 2 it is a construction area for a different part of the building. Instructions would avoid that surprise.

Very nice apartment in a good location.

I liked the clean and simple design of the room, the bathroom was fantastic. And the location was exceptional.

Disliked:Unfortunately the town had no warm water for 2 days so we had to shower in cold water for two days of our stay

Modern and clean apartment, great location, windows facing back of the building hence there was no noise from the street

Disliked:There was no hair dryer and the WiFi password. The host was not responding to messages. I could hear noise from other apartments. Otherwise I’d give 10/10.

The property is located in a brand-new building and is conveniently close to the city center. There are also several restaurants and cafés nearby, which makes the location very practical and enjoyable.

Disliked:The communication with Ewa was disappointing. She provided the wrong location and did not give clear instructions for accessing the property. I also asked for the WiFi code, but she never provided it. Since the building is made of concrete, there is almost no mobile network inside the property, which made communication even more difficult. The check-out information was also unclear. It mentioned check-out between 11:00 and 00:00, but in reality, guests must leave exactly at 11:00. In addition, basic amenities such as tea, coffee, and even shampoo were missing. There is no staff on-site, so if you have any questions or issues, there is nobody available to help. Ewa was also not very responsive throughout the stay. As someone who travels frequently, this is the first time I have experienced such a lack of communication and support. Considering the price was still above average for the level of service provided, I find this property overrated. I would recommend reconsidering before booking.
