Apartments Poznań Chwaliszewo Residence with FREE GARAGE by Noclegi Renters

Apartment is comfortable

Disliked:Title is misleading - there is no Free garage

The apartment is in a nice location and is modern and clean.

Disliked:Requested a cot on booking the day prior to our arrival. 4 minutes before check in time the following day I got an email asking if I still wanted a Cot. I immediately said yes and that I needed it very quickly as my baby needed to go down for a nap. I had no response on that occasion. I sent three more messages over the next two days telling them I needed a cot, all of them went without response. I had no cot for either of the nights I spent there making it very difficult to manage my babies sleeping arrangements. My wife and I had to take turns looking after our child in the bed while the other had a nap on the sofa for both nights. I tried the hotline number.... It tells you to message them. I will never use this rental service again due to their complete lack of customer service. I strongly recommend not booking any property managed by renters.pl. I am also contacting booking.com in regards to their lack of service, suggesting they get removed from the site.

Good size parking space in the garage. Nice, modern apartment, with an easy access, elevator in the building, close proximity to the Old Town. Nice park along the river Warta is very close to the apartment, offering an area to take a walk or ride a bicycle.

Disliked:The apartment lacked a warderobe to unpack the suitcases. There was a wardrobe at the entry, but it was filled with boxes, vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, broom, ironing board, etc. There was minimal space available for us to unpack. The apartment provided only two small bath towels and one hand towel - this is not enough for two people staying almost two weeks. There were no kitchen towels. There were no instructions for the kitchen appliances. All previous rental units had the instructions readily available, alowing users to quickly operate the equipment. While most of it is simple, some appliances are more complex or have controls not visible, forcing the renter to search for model number and look for the instructions on the internet. The floors in the rooms require scrubing - they were dirty when we arrived. The balcony was extremely dirty and uninviting. The washer did not spin at some of the settings, despite displaying spin speed as active, leaving washed cloth in the water. While this is something we missed, the apartment does not have an A/C unit (the apartment was not advertised as having one). We rented previously another apartment in that building and it had an A/C unit and we simply assumed that all apartments in that building would have an air conditioning unit. But this is on us... While this is not in the renter's control, the street is very dirty, with garbage on the sidewalk, making the area relatively uninviting.

Location

Disliked:AWFUL!!!!! RUN!!!READ THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND TRUST PILOT FIRST!!!!! https://www.google.com/maps/place/Renters.pl+%7C+Agencja+Nieruchomo%C5%9Bci+%7C+Biuro+Nieruchomo%C5%9Bci+%7C+Wynajem+mieszkania/@52.171089,21.0179479,17z/data=!4m8!3m7!1s0x47193376732f7615:0xc886394fa9d23f6d!8m2!3d52.171089!4d21.0205228!9m1!1b1!16s%2Fg%2F11s7qfrcbd?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDczMC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D https://pl.trustpilot.com/review/renters.pl Let me just say that this is an outrageous way to treat clients – ignoring my request to be relocated to another apartment, ignoring my technical support requests for two days - and then blaming me. A napkin in the door instead of a proper lock, a faulty drain, and a balcony covered in cobwebs – this is the kind of service they provided me. And after all that, they are still demanding additional payment for a flooded bathroom where the drain simply did not work. Naturally, knowing about such an approach and level of service, I would have recorded the bathroom and the room on camera when leaving the apartment – but I could not have imagined that they would make up something like this. Now they are threatening me through my email that I have to pay for the flooded bathroOm (the drain DID NOT WORK, I myself cleansed it, but it was still working only partially. They did not have a ventilation in the bathroom, so the condensate after my shower simply turned into drops and then water on the floor - and I was already gone, since I had a train and had to leave). Now they want 600 zlotych from me for the damage and are threatening me to send this case to the court. And I found a review from another person here on booking who tells that the drain in this apartment was not functional!!

Apartament - czysty, nowocześnie i estetycznie, urządzony. Duza ilosc reczników, dobre wifi, dobra lokalizacja 10min spacerkiem do ratusza. Fajny budynek. Dużym plusem jest miejsce postojowe w garażu podziemnym. Doceniam też jasny i dobrze przygotowany opis dojścia do apartamentu. Polecam to miejsce.

Blízko do centra, podzemní parkoviště

Apartament czysty, dobra lokalizacja.

Disliked:Problem z siecią komórkową i internetem. Nie można było nigdzie się dodzwonić.
