My third stay. It is clean, convenient, modern and comfortable.
Disliked:I would have liked two more pillows for the double bed and in apartment 31 if there was a way to put window shades in the bedroom ceiling so it isn’t so bright in the morning.
Clean apartment and great location!
I honestly loved the apartment. It was very comfortable, in an excellent location, and at a great price.
Also in a perfect location within walking distance from everything you need. It had door codes which was nice to be able to left myself into the building instead of waiting for someone to open the door after hours. Hotel staff sent very detailed instructions with everything I will need for my stay. 9/10 !
Disliked:Some rooms didn’t have A/C but they did provide a fan for the room which was very accommodating
Great apartment in prime location. Air conditioning was great (and much needed in the heatwave!). Easy to find/enter the property. Great facilities in kitchen area.
Disliked:There was no toilet paper in the apartment which turns out was just an oversight on their behalf however there was no offer to come and sort (and the response time when querying was slow). Wouldn’t stop us booking again though!
The apartment is really spacious and comfortable and great location.
Disliked:I was given the wrong code at arrival and had to spend 30 min trying to enter. There was also no remote for AC and staff was slow to reply.
Excellent location. The room was lovely, everthing looked new and it was spotlessly clean. We were so glad to have the air conditioning as the weather was unbearably hot. Great communication from staff.
