Historical elegance meets heartfelt hospitality and complete comfort

The days I spent in this extraordinary home in Poznań became the true gem of my journey. This is not merely a living space it is living history, telling its story through every corner and every detail <3 The uniqueness of this home lies in its rich history. In every detail, you can sense the owner's dedication and love, a profound respect for cultural heritage and history that permeates the entire space. The attention to detail is remarkable, visible even in the smallest elements, from the decorated walls to the thoughtful greenery that brings life to each room. This is an extraordinary and peaceful place, equally perfect for beautiful relaxation and for experiencing genuine home warmth. The atmosphere created here is something rare – a harmonious blend of historical elegance and intimate coziness that makes you feel both inspired and completely at ease. The owner's passion for preservation and beauty shines through in every carefully chosen element, creating not just accommodation, but a memorable experience that stays with you long after you leave. A truly special place that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an authentic and soul-nourishing stay in Poznań.

A very cozy apartment with its own charm.

Very authentic, clean, and cozy apartments. Very polite hosts. Excellent location: close to cafés, shops, restaurants, and more.

Lovely, clean, functional room with a very friendly and welcoming staff & atmosphere.

It's located near the center, in an area with great public transport. The building is nice, the hotel is very clean and charming. The room had a spotless, spacious bathroom, fresh bedsheets and covers, a table big enough to comfortably eat alongside with a functioning kitchenette, and a built-in wardrobe with a large mirror. The staff was friendly and they let us check out a bit later than the normal hours. Overall 10/10 experience, if I come back to Poznań, I'll try to book a stay here again.

Disliked:Everything was great, I have literally 0 complaints.

Superb

Very nice apartment in a good location in the city centre, walking distance from the railway station. I particularly liked how well-lit the place was. Bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Staff very helpful and polite, contacted me with all the information and didn't mind that I was checking in after midnight.

Disliked:Noise from the corridor could be heard in the room, and the kitchen equipment was quite limited compared to other similar apartments I've stayed in.

Fabulous

The location is ideal. You're walking distance from the city centre while staying in the fabulous Jeżyce district, right off the main street. You're also only two stops away from the main railway station, which is ideal for people travelling by train. There's a plethora of local shops, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, and bars in the area. There're even a local fruit and veg marekt! Many of them are worth checking out before choosing a central location for dinner or drinks. The staff is absolutely lovely and communicative. The building itself has an interesting family history. The interior design is immaculate, authentic, and exactly what I wanted - not easy to come around these days. The kitchen area has everything one would need. The building is very secure and situated in a seemingly safe area.

Disliked:Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower is underwhelming, which is a major issue for me personally. If one is sensitive to sound, there might be quieter options to choose from as the building is situated right off the main road. However, it's important to reiterate that the location is ideal.

Superb

Cozy interior, comfy furniture and almost perfectly silence neighborhood. Żabka and Jeżyk close enough to walk there whenever you remember that you 'need' it right now.

Disliked:Can be bit disrupting to fall asleep earlier than ~22:00 as there can be quite a lot of noises from older equipment/furniture - not disruptively noisy, but you can hear them sometimes from other apartments. Nothing to worry about but to know about it - it comes with name of these apartments, just that you know it's not perfectly silenced rooms/flats as anything built in last 10 years :) Still 9/10, thanks for nice experience <3

Exceptional

The secession decor is well executed and consists of authentic period furniture (bed, chairs, table) and nicely matched modern replicas. Even though all parking spaces belonging to the apartments were already reserved, I always could find a place within 50 meters.

Disliked:About the only complaint I have is that I had to climb to the third floor but cardio is important! Also, cars on the stone paved street sound like airplanes.
