Disliked:Nothing

Great place to stay with family for very affordable price. The apartment was clean and spacious.

I liked everything. Very clean apartment, great location. Excellent service, everything is available in the apartment. The apartment is well located in a quiet area. The owner is quick to respond.

Very clean and comfortable. 2 bathrooms which is really useful when you are in a group. Kitchen has everything you need, could maybe use a coffee machine. Bedrooms are big, plenty of space.

Disliked:Loved everything

bathroom)

Disliked:all was good

The flat was really pretty and the beds were comfortable. There was also coffee and tea which was a nice detail :) a big bathroom and extra toilet were perfect for our small cosplay group (no toilet queues :) )

Disliked:No hand towels, no feet rug in the bathroom and we had to buy our own toilet paper.

Nothing. The apartment was dirty, unprepared for guests, and we had to leave. Completely unacceptable

Disliked:Absolutely unacceptable experience. We arrived after 6:00 PM, well after the official check-in time, and found the apartment in a shocking condition. The beds still had used bed linen from the previous guests, and the apartment had clearly not been cleaned at all. We immediately contacted the host using the only contact number provided and waited for over 1.5 hours. Nobody came, nobody replied, and even Booking.com was unable to reach the host. We had no choice but to leave the apartment at around 7:30 PM because it was not fit to stay in. Instead of apologizing, the host later tried to claim that we had arrived before check-in, which is simply not true. Our messages clearly show that we arrived after 6:00 PM. The host also claimed there was a cleaning company number that we should have called. There was no such number provided to us, and in any case it is not the guest's responsibility to arrange cleaning. It is the host's responsibility to provide a clean, ready apartment. Not only did we lose our accommodation, but we now have to argue for a refund for a service that was never properly provided. No guest should have to go through this. This was the worst Booking.com experience we have ever had. We do not recommend this property to anyone.

Все, просто супер
