Fantastic apartment very clean unlimited coffee and tea also water was a nice touch
Disliked:If I had to pick one thing the pillow could do with upgrading but that’s just me being fussy 😊
Secured property and great location!
Disliked:Unable to use the TV as all the programs were all in Polish. Recommending to have a wider choice, like connecting to You tube, which allows changing language from Polish to English. Other accommodations provide this option
Apartment was very clean and tidy. It was in a good location, so close to everything. Staff were responsive and instructions to getting into the apartment were very clear. Overall it was a really enjoyable stay. :)
Location ideal - 2 mins from Old Town square on a lovely street full of cafe style eateries. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay. Warm clean and comfortable. Great location for the Christmas markets. Highly recommend.
Good communication, easy check in, very clean and cozy, modern interior, good equipment (even place for cooking and utensils). Close to Rynek. Ideal for two nights.
Disliked:Nothing
This charming apartment exceeded all expectations, clean and delicate wood decorations and furnishings, open kitchen was efficient and well-equipped, bathroom was spotless and tidy, and I especially appreciated the inclusion of a large work desk and couch, make me really feel like home. The apartment's location was great, few minutes to the city center, easy access to all the Xmas market and vibrant nightlife. While it was a self-check-in apartment, the process was seamless, more convenient and personalized experience than staying in a traditional hotel.
