Apartament Nadolnik Poznań

The apartment is really great. Everything is new - furniture, kitchen utilities as the building itself. You can find everything you need here - whenever you want to cook, just have a sleepover or spend a nice weekend.

Disliked:The location is not great to be honest. Uber is cheap, so we took some rides to the city and vice versa.

The apartment is extremely well-equipped — even garbage bags are provided, in three different types. Shampoo, soap, a kitchen counter cloth, an iron, ironing board — literally everything. You can just move in and live. The design is very unique yet practical. There’s a bathroom with shower on the ground floor and another toilet on the second floor. Electric shutters throughout the apartment and excellent air conditioning (though only on the upper floor).

Disliked:The double bed is extremely narrow. We are two not-so-small people, and it was really uncomfortable. The pillows are small as well. The apartment is suitable for two people, but less so for a family with children — especially considering the small kitchen area and tiny bathroom on the ground floor. We felt cramped. At first, we were alarmed by the neighborhood, as it looks very neglected, but then we noticed that most residents in the two buildings are young, probably students. The entrance to the building is quite dirty. There was a clog in the shower, and water leaked outside. The stairs were also quite tough for us, especially since they are slippery and uneven — I actually fell twice. I would not recommend this apartment for families with children or for elderly people.

Room layout, design, color, equipments and facilities, parking are all excellent, as well as easy entering and easy leaving. A perfect place to take a good rest.

Apartament wyjątkowy, piękny, czysty, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne, blisko przystanki, miła okolica, poszliśmy na spacer na stare miasto na nogach przez Ostrów Tumski i okazało się że nie jest tak daleko jak myśleliśmy- polecamy spacery, na dole przy wejściu do budynku Żabka więc można zrobić szybkie zakupy nawet w niedzielę

Było wszystko, czego potrzeba. Bardzo czysto. Super!

Disliked:Jedyby minus - brak spadku w brodziku prysznica. Woda nie spływa całkiem do odpływu.

Bardzo czysto. Idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone.

Jestem zadowolona z apartamentu, który wynajęłam. Apartament spełniał wszystkie moje oczekiwania – był nowoczesny i idealnie nadawał się dla osób z dziećmi. Bardzo polecam ten apartament.
